Objectives

Prerequisites
In order to access PRINCE2® Practitioner exam:
Please ensure that before you book an exam where a prerequisite is required, you hold verified proof of completion of that prerequisite (i.e. certificate, or letter from AXELOS or former Examination Institute confirming you hold a current certification). Your examination results will be withheld until the correct prerequisite is provided to PeopleCert. If you are unable to provide the required prerequisite, then you will need to successfully complete the prerequisite before the higher-level exam result is released.

Exam Format:
The PRINCE2® Practitioner real exam consists of 70 multiple choice questions.
- The time allowed for the REAL exam is 150 minutes.
- You must achieve 42 out or more of of 70 marks to pass
- All questions should be attempted
- Each multiple-choice question has a number of possible answers, of which only one is the correct answer.
Open Book
During Open Book Exams, only the official book of PRINCE2® allowed, in hard copy or eBook format.
- For all Open Book exams an electronic copy of the Book will be available on the ExamShield™ interface.
- Hard copy printed manuals may be annotated and tabulated. No sticky notes or other physical material containing additional notes are allowed.
Retake (2nd shot): If you fail, the exam can be retaken a second time free of charge, only if option activated.
All those who have successfully completed their examination will receive an electronic certificate from PEOPLECERT. This electronic certificate has the characteristics of uniqueness, security and can be verified by those who wish to check its validity. It is also possible to request the certificate in paper format, as an option, adding the amount of 40 € to the cost of the course.
All those who pass the exam will receive a free one-months subscription to My PRINCE2. My PRINCE2 is the online online resource that supports you in introducing the concepts learned during the course to be transferred within your organization, as well as developing your skills and knowledge in line with future innovations in Project Management.
