Today, I'd like to share a comprehensive guide on how to become an ITIL 4 Master, the highest level of expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM). By following these steps, you'll be well on your way to earning this prestigious certification and enhancing your career prospects! ?
1️⃣ Understand ITIL 4 Framework: Start by familiarizing yourself with the ITIL 4 framework, which focuses on the end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery, and ongoing improvement of tech-enabled products and services.
2️⃣ ITIL 4 Foundation Certification: Obtain the ITIL 4 Foundation certification, which is a prerequisite for higher-level certifications. This level covers the fundamental concepts, dimensions, and practices of the ITIL 4 framework.
3️⃣ ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP): Achieve the ITIL 4 MP designation by completing the following four modules:
- ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS)
- ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV)
- ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT (HVIT)
- ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve (DPI)
